MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To reserve seats on a day tour or a scheduled multi-day trip please click the “Book Now” button below or on individual tour sub-pages. This will initiate online availability checks, information entry, integrated payment, and auto-confirmation. Or you can always call us at the number below. To create a custom multi-day tour for groups of 5 or 6 please call us directly to begin planning and arrange payment. Custom daytours are considered on a case by case basis and are based on 4 adult seat minimum.
PLEASE NOTE: If the online reservation system returns a negative result or if you are a single passenger, be sure to call us. We often have open seats on existing tours. Unfortunately, no reservation system can substitute for the human brain.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are inquiring less than 48 hours in advance, your only option is to call us. The online system has a cutoff at 48 hours. Please also read FAQ #16.
We strive to make booking and gathering information as convenient as possible through our website and online reservations, but if you prefer to talk to a person, please feel free to contact us directly. Our phone hours are from 8am to 7pm MTN Time (GMT-7). The office is open year-round for inquiries and reservations and the online reservation system never sleeps. Daytours are not available Thanksgiving Day, July 4, and December 21-Jan 31. Overnight trips of all types run April-October.

WHEN SENDING EMAIL: Please leave all the most relevant details including date or date window, party size, and which tour(s) you are potentially interested in so that we may be prepared when we return your inquiry. Please also mention any date or tour flexibilities especially with short notice. Please give us your phone number as well for efficiency sake when we get ultra-busy. In addition, please keep it concise and directly pertaining to the offerings on our website and the area surrounding Kanab. We cannot, unfortunately, critique 2 week itineraries, be a substitute for Google Maps, etc.
