GRAND STAIRCASE-ESCALANTE NM 3 DAY PHOTO SAFARI

ALL TIMES ARE IN MOUNTAIN TIME. 55 HRS. 9:00 am Day 1 to 6:00pm Day 3.

Lunches are included each day, although they are not listed.

DAY 1

9:00-9:30 am- Guests arrive at 265 North, 300 West, Kanab, UT and shortly depart.

9:30 am- Mystical Slot Canyon.

12:30 am-See the Gunsmoke Movie Set and Roadside Rock Art/Inscribed Rock

2:00 pm-Visit two neat Rock Art sites off of Nephi Pasture Rd and Inchworm Arch

6:00 pm- Set Up Camp While Guests Explore nearby

7:30 pm- Dinner

8pm til bedtime- clean up, campfire, discussion, relaxation, astronomy

DAY 2

7:00 am – Breakfast

7:30 am – Shower time

8:30 am – Pack Up while guests explore

10:00am – Willis Creek Slot Canyon, Kodachrome Basin, Grosvenor Arch, Candyland, Cottonwood narrows, fuzzy rock, Ken Goulding Trail/Castle Rock.

5:30pm- Arrive at camp at intersection of Brigham Plains Road. Take guests to Overlook for afternoon light/Sunset.

7:30pm- Dinner

8pm til bedtime- clean up, campfire, discussion, relaxation, astronomy

DAY 3

7:00 am – Breakfast

8:00 am – Guide packs up while guests hike Hackberry Canyon

10:00 am – Hike Yellow Rock together

2:00 pm- Depart Camp and see the Petrified Oyster beds and hike to the Rimrock Hoodoo Overlook.

4:30 pm – Photograph the beautiful Chinle Formation at the Paria Townsite

6:00 pm – Return to Kanab.

Rates

$600 per adult, $475 per child 15 and under. Not recommended for small children. Children must be supervised at all times. This tour is intended for smaller groups, if you have a group of 4 plus or more than one child consider our flat rate custom Multi-Day Camping Tour.

We are permitted, licensed, and insured.

All Day Tours are 2 adult minimum. A single passenger must pay for two seats if there is not a scheduled tour. All daytours 50% off for children 15 and under. Some Day Tours are not appropriate for small children.

Tour departure times are chosen at reservation. All daytours are booked on demand with departure options to fit your schedule. Tours do not run on each departure time or everyday. For Sunset or Sunrise at our more remote locations please consider a scheduled or custom built overnight or multi-day tour. We do not provide Sunrise or Sunset Daytours except the Sunset Safari.

All listed tour durations and pickup times are approximate. Please allow 10-20 minutes of pickup time flexibility for unforeseen circumstances and varying pickup logistics. Water and snacks are provided on all tours. A lunch meal is included on all tours of 6+ hours. Vegetarian option available.
